Black Friday Sale Period

The Your Bliss Black Friday Sale runs from 6:00pm AEST Wednesday 5th November until 11:59pm AEST Sunday 17th November.

All offers are valid strictly within this time frame only.

Discounts & Offers

  • Up to 40% off sitewide during the Black Friday Sale period (no code required).
  • Free shipping is available on Australian orders over $75 AUD.
  • Orders $120+ AUD may receive a free gift with purchase. Gift styles may vary and are subject to availability.

Stock

  • All offers, gifts and discounted items are available while stocks last.
  • No other discount codes or promotional offers can be applied during the Black Friday Sale.
  • Gift cards remain valid and may be redeemed as normal.

Shipping During Black Friday

Due to increased sale volume, dispatch time may be 5–7 business days from the date your order is placed.

Once dispatched, delivery time frames may extend up to 14 days.

Carrier delays are outside our control.

Offer Details

  • Each Mystery Box is priced from $99, with a recommended retail value (RRP) of $287 AUD.
  • $149, with a recommended retail value (RRP) of $362 AUD.
  • $179, with a recommended retail value (RRP) of $432 AUD.
  • Available from the 14th November from 6:00AM AEST, strictly while stock lasts.
  • Available in three different pricing options

Mystery Contents

  • The contents are a surprise, items cannot be chosen, exchanged, or swapped.

Availability

  • This promotion is strictly limited and available only while stocks last.
  • Once sold out, Mystery Boxes will not be restocked.

Eligibility

  • Offer available to Australian residents only.
  • Orders must be shipped to an Australian address.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of this promotion, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or receiving an item you already own.
  • This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
  • Refunds or replacements will be provided only where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Other Terms

  • Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
  • The promoter reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

Returns, Exchanges & Change of Mind

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain in full effect throughout the sale. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items qualify for repair, replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

  • Permitted on any product other than Sample sizes (2ml or 3mls) OR Discovery Sets.
  • Discovery Sets are final sale for change of mind purposes and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange unless faulty.
  • Products must be returned unused, unopened, sealed and in perfect saleable condition.
  • For change of mind returns (no free gift involved) → refund to original payment method applies.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • For faulty products, we cover the return shipping cost.

Free Gift With Purchase Return Rule

For orders $120+ AUD that received a free gift:

  • If you return the full size perfume and return the free gift unused + in perfect condition → a refund will be issued.
  • If you return the full size perfume but elect to keep the free gift → store credit will be issued instead of a refund.

Extended Christmas Return Window

Purchases made during the Black Friday Sale period through to December 24th are eligible for change of mind returns until January 15th.

Products must be returned unused, sealed and in re-sellable condition.

Refund Policy

We comply with Australian Consumer Law. This means you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if your item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Refunds are processed via our internal support team. All return, refund or exchange enquiries must be submitted to: accounts@yourbliss.com.au

Shipping Policy

Orders ship from Australia.

During the Black Friday period, dispatch time may be 5–7 business days from the date your order is placed.

Due to peak carrier congestion, delivery may take up to 14 days.

Once your order ships, tracking will be provided. Carrier or customs delays are outside our control.

Free shipping applies on Australian orders over $75 AUD.

International duties, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
