REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We accept refunds and exchanges under the following condition: Exchanges 

  • Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

  • Exchanges available only on unused items in original packaging and re-sellable condition. 

  • To be eligible for an exchange on unused items, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. · Please include the completed Returns Form with your goods, along with proof of purchase (receipt), and ensure they are well packed as goods damaged in transit cannot be replaced. 

  • Note that gift cards are not returnable 

  • Refunds (if applicable) 

  • Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

  • We only refund items if they are defective or damaged, or if you if you have an allergic reaction. · Please include the completed Returns Form with your goods, along with proof of purchase (receipt), and ensure they are well packed as goods damaged in transit cannot be replaced. 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

  • If you are approved, your refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. 

Late or missing refunds
Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to be processed. If you haven’t received a refund after this time please contact us. Instructions for returns To notify us of your desire to return your product, please email us the details of your concern, plus your name, street address, phone number and order number or date of purchase. 

Our customer service team will respond to your request within 48 hours, and provide further instructions. 

We do not issue Reply Paid satchels. If a refund or exchange is granted for any of the above criteria, you will need to return your product either in the box it was sent in, or another suitable shipping box. Please ensure you pack the goods securely and carefully to avoid damage. Flammable goods (alcohol-based perfumes) must travel by road via Australia Post and must include a red "Road Transport Only" sticker. Please request one at any Australia Post counter. 

Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive the goods and provide you with a refund or exchange. 

If your return is for goods for exchange for change of mind, you will be required to pay for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable except where goods are faulty or defective.
