Shipping During Black Friday

Due to the high volume of orders expected during our Black Friday Sale, please allow 2–14 business days for your order to be dispatched from the date of purchase.

Once dispatched, delivery may take up to 14 days, depending on your location and carrier demand.

• Orders ship from Australia.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
• Carrier and customs delays may occur outside our control.
• Free standard shipping applies to Australian orders over $75 AUD, except during the designated free shipping promotion when no minimum spend applies.
• International duties, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient, where applicable.

Returns, Exchanges & Change of Mind

Your Bliss complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). All customers retain their statutory consumer rights throughout the Black Friday Sale, regardless of whether an item was purchased at full price, at a discount or received as a promotional gift.

Change of Mind Returns

• Change-of-mind returns are permitted on eligible products other than sample sizes (2ml or 3ml) and Discovery Sets.
• Discovery Sets and sample sizes are excluded from change-of-mind returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Products must be returned unused, unopened, sealed and in perfect saleable condition.
• Approved change-of-mind returns where no complimentary gift is involved will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
• These conditions do not apply to products that fail to meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, please contact our customer support team at accounts@yourbliss.com.au.

• Where a product has a major failure under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to choose between a refund or replacement, subject to applicable legal requirements.
• Where a product has a minor failure, Your Bliss will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, such as a repair, replacement or refund.
• If a minor failure cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, additional refund or replacement rights may apply.
• Customers are not required to return products in their original packaging when exercising their statutory consumer rights.
• Where a product is confirmed to have a fault covered by Australian Consumer Law, Your Bliss will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
• Faulty product claims are not restricted by our change-of-mind return window.

These rights apply to all eligible products, including discounted items, Discovery Sets, sample sizes and promotional gifts.

Free Gift With Purchase Return Rule

For orders that receive a complimentary Dusk or Dawn 15ml fragrance, Louenhide bag or 10ml perfume:

Change of Mind Returns

• If a customer wishes to return qualifying purchased items for change of mind and their return reduces the order value below the relevant promotional spend threshold, all applicable complimentary gifts must also be returned.
• Complimentary gifts must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, in perfect saleable condition.
• Change-of-mind returns will not be accepted for a refund, exchange or store credit if the customer chooses to keep a complimentary gift they no longer qualify for.
• If a partial return does not reduce the retained order value below the relevant promotional threshold, the customer may keep the complimentary gift.
• Where multiple complimentary gifts have been received, all gifts associated with promotional thresholds no longer met must be returned for a change-of-mind return to be approved.
• Once all applicable return conditions have been met, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

These conditions apply only to voluntary change-of-mind returns and do not affect customers' rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Damaged Products

• If a purchased product is faulty, damaged or fails to meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, the customer will receive the remedy they are legally entitled to, regardless of whether their order included a complimentary gift.
• Customers will not be required to accept store credit instead of a refund where Australian Consumer Law entitles them to a refund.
• Complimentary gifts will not automatically need to be returned when a customer exercises their statutory rights in relation to a faulty purchased product. Any return requirements will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and the circumstances of the order.
• If a complimentary gift itself is faulty, damaged or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, Your Bliss will provide the appropriate remedy required under Australian Consumer Law.

Extended Christmas Return Window

Purchases made during the Black Friday Sale period through to 24 December 2026 are eligible for change-of-mind returns until 15 January 2027.

• Products must be unused, unopened, sealed and in resalable condition.
• Discovery Sets and sample sizes remain excluded from change-of-mind returns.
• All other return conditions, including complimentary gift requirements, continue to apply.
• Statutory consumer guarantees remain unaffected.

Refund Policy

Your Bliss is committed to providing high-quality products and complying with Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are entitled to applicable remedies where products fail to meet consumer guarantees, including where they are faulty, unsafe, damaged or not as described.

The appropriate remedy will depend on the nature of the issue and the requirements of Australian Consumer Law.

Where a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law, customers will not be required to accept store credit in its place.
