Terms and conditions

1. Who is running this giveaway

This giveaway (the Promotion) is run by Your Bliss Pty Ltd, ABN 90 632 067 086, based in Queensland, Australia (Your Bliss, we, us). Questions? Email accounts@yourbliss.com.au.

2. Who can enter

• You must be an individual aged 18 or over who lives in Australia, but not in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
• Your order must be delivered to an address in Australia, but not in the ACT.
• Employees and directors of Your Bliss, their immediate family, and anyone involved in running the Promotion cannot enter.
• By entering, you accept these terms.

3. When it runs

The Promotion starts at 6:00pm on Thursday 24 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Thursday 8 October 2026 (the Promotion Period). All times are Brisbane time (Australian Eastern Standard Time, UTC+10). Brisbane does not use daylight saving, so if your state changes its clocks on 4 October 2026, the local time will differ. Only orders placed during the Promotion Period count. Orders placed before or after cannot be backdated or added.

4. How to enter

• Step 1: Sign up on this page with your first name, email and mobile number, and agree to these terms and to receive Your Bliss marketing emails and SMS.
• Step 2: Place at least one order at yourbliss.com.au during the Promotion Period, using the same email you signed up with. Any product qualifies, as long as the order is $20 or more (see clause 5).
• You can sign up before or after you order, but you must sign up before the Promotion closes.
• Entry is by purchase only. This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in choosing the winner.

5. What counts as an entry

• Each eligible order is one entry. There is no limit to how many orders, and so entries, you can have.
• The minimum spend is $20 per order. This is the order total in Australian dollars including GST, after any discounts or vouchers are applied, and not including shipping. Orders under $20 do not count, and orders cannot be combined to reach $20.
• An eligible order is placed at yourbliss.com.au during the Promotion Period, paid in full, and delivered to an eligible Australian address.
• Orders that are cancelled, fully refunded, fully returned or charged back do not count. Neither do orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent or fake.
• Purchases at pop ups, from stockists or from other retailers do not count.
• You must still be subscribed to Your Bliss email and SMS marketing when the winner is drawn. If you unsubscribe from either before the draw, your entries will not count.

6. The prize

There is one prize, with a total value of $4,105 (RRP including GST):

• One Stella McCartney Ryder Shoulder Bag in black, RRP $2,540.
• 11 x Your Bliss fragrances in 50ml, one bottle of each: Dawn, Dusk, Allure, Date Night, Peachy Dreams, Sweet Kiss, Ocean Blue, Sunny Daze, Full Bloom, Vanilla Avenue and Vanilla Boulevard, RRP $1,565 in total.

The prize cannot be swapped for cash or transferred. Images are for illustration only, and only the items listed above are part of the prize. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, we may replace it with something of equal or greater value. We will deliver the prize free of charge to the winner's Australian address within 28 days of confirming their details.

7. How the winner is chosen

One winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries at 11:00am (Brisbane time) on Friday 9 October 2026, in Queensland. We will keep a record of the draw. Every eligible order has an equal chance, so more orders means more chances to win. We will check that the winner's order and sign up match and meet these terms. If they do not, we will draw again.

8. Telling the winner

• We will phone the winner on Friday 9 October 2026, using the mobile number they signed up with, and follow up by email to confirm. If we cannot reach them by phone, we will email them and try again.
• On the same day we will announce the winner's first name, last initial and state on Instagram (@yourbliss_parfum) and on this page.
• The winner does not pay any fee to receive the prize.
• The winner has 14 days from our first attempt to contact them to reply and confirm their details. We may ask for photo ID to confirm their identity, age and address.
• If the winner does not reply in time, cannot be contacted or is not eligible, they forfeit the prize. We will then draw a new winner from the remaining entries, contact them within 7 days by phone and email, and they will also have 14 days to reply.

9. Marketing and privacy

To enter, you must sign up to Your Bliss email and SMS marketing on this page. We will send you offers, new product news and giveaway updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by replying STOP to any SMS. If you unsubscribe before the draw, your entries will not count (see clause 5).

We collect your name, email, mobile number and order details to run the Promotion, contact the winner and, with your consent, send marketing. We use trusted providers such as Shopify and Klaviyo, which may store information outside Australia. Read our Privacy Policy for more.

10. Our rights

We may check any entry and disqualify anyone who breaks these terms, tampers with the Promotion or uses false details or orders. If something outside our control (such as a technical failure, fraud or an unforeseen event) affects the Promotion, we may change, pause or cancel it. If we do, we will post the update on this page. We will act fairly and only as the law allows. Our decisions about the Promotion are final, but this does not limit your legal rights.

11. Liability and law

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage from taking part in the Promotion or accepting the prize. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction.

12. Not affiliated

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Stella McCartney or its related companies, or Meta, Instagram or Facebook. Stella McCartney and Ryder are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the prize.
